Continuum Vinyasa Yoga is the invisible thread that connects us with the blissful Core of our being. From that peaceful and silent space inside us we learn to describe a continuum of perceptible external and internal movement with our every cell. This way the asana becomes a dynamic phenomena that brings us into stillness.
